Sublimate a custom phone case in 6 minutes

Design & Print

Use the pre-programmed templates in LOKLiK IdeaStudio to align the canvas to your phone. Choose a design from the library or import your own and easily align it to the canvas.

Once you are happy with your design, print it onto A4 sublimation film.

Sublimate your phone case

Place the phone holder in the heating chamber of the heat press. If you are making buttons, you can use the badge holder. For coasters and other flat items, flip the base plate. Preheat for at least 5 minutes.

Once ready, place your phone case or other item in the chamber with the heat-resistant gloves and lay the sublimation film on top. Close the lid and let the machine do the rest.

Done!

Remove the film while it is still hot using the heat-resistant gloves. Your custom phone case is ready!

The LOKLiK Phone Case Heat Press includes two durable attachments that allow you to get started right away: one for Android devices and one for iPhone. These attachments work with all major smartphone models (including Apple, Samsung, Google, and Huawei), so you can start creating professional-quality custom phone cases for almost any phone from the moment you unbox your heat press.

Use sublimation heat tape to secure the lens cushion in your phone case for perfect alignment. You can also use the tape to attach a small pull tab to the base plate, making it easier to remove from the press after use.
