Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
The cost of returning the item from your home to the webshop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel – please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.
Please note:
Products that are custom-made or created specifically to your preferences cannot be returned. As these items are unique and personalized, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Of course, if there is an error or damage, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We will refund the order amount within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Important:
- Returns are only accepted after prior notification by email
- Please include your name and order number (or invoice number)
Shipping note
Please ensure your return shipment is sufficiently prepaid. If not, the shipping provider (e.g. PostNL) may charge additional fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
