Personalize your textiles with this flex foil on a 90 cm roll. Iron your designs onto T-shirts, tote bags, caps, or other clothing. Machine washable and very durable with long-lasting vibrant colors.

What is flex foil

Flex foil (HTV or iron-on vinyl) is made of PET, PU/PVC, and hot melt adhesive. It can be easily cut with your LOKLiK iCraft™, Crafter, Cricut, or Silhouette cutting machine.
When heated with a heat press, the vinyl melts and transfers your design to the fabric of your choice. It works beautifully on various materials such as cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, making it a versatile choice for all your creative projects like T-shirts, bags, cushions, and much more!

Our sturdy flex foil is designed to withstand multiple washes without the color fading, peeling, or cracking.

How to use flex foil

Design

Create your design. Make sure your design is mirrored before cutting it.

Cut

Place the material with the matte side up on the cutting mat. Cut out your design with your LOKLiK Crafter, Cricut, or Silhouette cutting machine.

Weed excess vinyl

Remove excess vinyl from the original transparent backing sheet.

Press

Place it on your fabric with the transfer sheet facing up. Place a Teflon sheet on top and press it with your heat press according to the recommended temperature settings in the manual*.

Remove

Let your project cool down and remove the transfer film.

Done!

Your design is ready. If you wish, you can now iron another color on top.

*Temperature and settings may vary depending on the material.

Care instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out and tumble dry.
• Machine wash cold (30 °C).
• Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach.
• Do not iron directly on the design. Turn it inside out, iron the back, or use a Teflon sheet to protect the design.
