Delivery time
What is the delivery time?
Items ordered before 15:00 are shipped the same day in 95% of cases. If you order during the weekend or late afternoon, the items have a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Returns
How to return work?
At KadoDash you have a 14-day reflection period, which starts when you receive your order. You may return all items, as long as they are in the most original condition possible and undamaged, and do not fall under the exceptions. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return your package(s). The package with items must be returned in its original condition at your own expense to: KadoDash, Inkoperhof 10, 2231 HC Rijnsburg
What are the return conditions?
We assume that you return your item in new condition. This means the following:
- All labels must be attached to the items you return.
- return the items in (as far as possible) the original packaging.
- try on, feel and view the item as you would in a store.
Which items cannot be returned?
Items that have been personalized.

When is there a depreciation?
We may hold you liable for any reduction in value that occurs because you have used the item in a way other than you would in a store.
