Items ordered before 15:00 are shipped the same day in 95% of cases. If you order during the weekend or late afternoon, the items have a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

At KadoDash you have a 14-day reflection period, which starts when you receive your order. You may return all items, as long as they are in the most original condition possible and undamaged, and do not fall under the exceptions. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return your package(s). The package with items must be returned in its original condition at your own expense to: KadoDash, Inkoperhof 10, 2231 HC Rijnsburg

We assume that you will return your item in new condition. This means the following:

- the item is NOT personalized.

- all labels must be attached to the items you return.

- return the items in their original packaging (if possible).

- try on, handle, and examine the item as you would in a store.
