Webshop software

Our webshop is developed using software from Shopify. Personal data you provide to us is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide technical support and will never use it for other purposes. Shopify is contractually obliged to take appropriate security measures.

Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software. No personal data is stored through these cookies.

Email and mailing lists

We send newsletters and transactional emails using Shopify. All confirmation emails are sent via Shopify’s servers. Shopify will never use your name or email address for its own purposes.

Each email contains an unsubscribe link. If you use this, you will no longer receive emails from us (this may affect website functionality).

Your data is securely transmitted and stored. Shopify uses technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. These data are stored for 30 days. Shopify may use certain data to improve its services and may share anonymized data with third parties.

Office365

We use Microsoft Office 365 for our regular business email communication. This provider has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of data. Office365 does not have access to our inbox, and all communication is treated confidentially.

Payment processors

Pay.nl

For handling payments, we use Pay.nl. This provider processes your name, address, and payment details (such as bank account or credit card number).

Pay.nl has taken appropriate security measures and may use anonymized data to improve its services.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. When leaving a review, you are required to provide your name and email address. These are used to link the review to your order.

Shipping and logistics

When you place an order, we use PostNL to deliver your package. For this purpose, we share your name and address details. These are used solely for delivery.

External sales channels

We also sell products via Bol.com. If you place an order through this platform, your order and personal data are shared with us so we can process your order.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for our services. This means processing is directly related to your order or request.

We do not use your data for targeted marketing unless you have given explicit consent.

Automatically collected data (such as IP address, browser, and operating system) are used solely to improve our services and are not considered personal data.
